Large Wedding Party Photos

With some wedding parties reaching almost two dozen people, it can be difficult to figure out how to pose everyone in an aesthetically pleasing way. My go-to pose for a large wedding party is placing everyone on one virtual line and getting close together. This way the photo has formal look and is elegant. I usually take many photos considering some people will always have their eyes closed. Posing a large group of people can be difficult. This becomes an even bigger issue considering the trends of mismatched bridesmaid dresses, uneven bridal parties, and coed sides. Regardless of these difficulties, I enjoy photographing large groups! Once the formal look is achieved, I make sure to take more casual large wedding party photos for example walking, being goofy or just a casual pose of everyone laughing and "hanging out".
