Situated behind the Main House and the Patio lays the beautiful natural Magnolia Lawn which is a perfect location for an outdoor ceremony site! This 2,000 square foot circular lawn can comfortably seat up to 225 guests for a lush outdoor ceremony or al fresco cocktail hour surrounded by Magnolia trees. It is such a wonderful backdrop to tie the knot and it photographs so well! As a photographer, I love how open the space is allowing me to walk around during the ceremony and capture the special event from different angles. The Upchurch is a pure pleasure to photograph!
