I photographed this beautiful family at a very popular among photographers location in Wake Forest, NC. If you get your family photos taken every year, chances are one of your sessions was done at Carroll E. Joyner park! 🙂 This location is popular for a good reason – it has an abundance of amazing natural backdrops! Each time I’m there I find a new spot where I’d like to photograph at! This location is perfect not only for family photos but also for High School Senior portraits, maternity sessions, and engagement sessions.

It’s been so amazing to document this family’s dynamics. I consider my job well done when the mom tells me that the photos show her childrens’ personalities so great! BTW, don’t you love how well this beautiful mama chose the outfits for this session! They all go so well together but at the same time are not too “matchy-matchy”!

Photos, especially candid ones, have such a powerful impact and can warm up our hearts when we see them years later. Time flies and we see it particularly clear once we have children and we watch them grow and change so fast! That’s why I think every family should have their professional photos taken at least once a year to document these special moments.
